The hub has a deposit-waiver tracker—31 states waive with any assistance letter. My buddy showed GA LIHEAP approval, SC accepted the PDF. Need assistance award or SNAP EBT. The portal has a “deposit tool”: https://www.utilityassistance.org – upload once, print state-specific letters. GA Power removed hold in 24 hours, SC Electric next day.
