Matcha Green Tea Smoothie

 

Ingredients

1 tsp matcha green tea powder

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice

1 tray ice cubes

4 drops vanilla liquid stevia

vanilla to taste

 

Directions

Place all ingredients in high-speed blender (Vitamix) and blend until smooth and creamy.

 

Matcha Green Tea Smoothie (Raw version)

Ingredients

1 tsp matcha green tea powder

1 cup coconut water or water

1/4 cup hulled hemp seeds

1/2 dropper vanilla liquid stevia

vanilla to taste

1 Tbs coconut oil

1/2 tray ice cubes

Directions

Blend first 5 ingredients in a high speed blender (Vitamix) until smooth.  Add coconut oil while blender is running, and add ice cubes and continue to blend until smooth.
