Matcha Smoothie

 

Ingredients

1 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond coconut blend)

1/2 banana

several small, pitted dates (depending on desired sweetness)

1/2 cucumber, chopped

large handful baby spinach or greens of choice

3 tablespoons hemp seeds

1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

vanilla to taste

optional: 1 teaspoon mesquite powder

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender (Vitamix) until smooth.
