"Cheesy" Broccoli Soup
Ingredients

2 cups peeled, cubed butternut squash, roasted in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes (I baked in my Ninja Food @400 for 20 minutes)
3 cloves garlic, minced and roasted with the squash
2 cups milk of choice (almond, cashew, coconut, etc.)
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 teaspoons miso paste (optional)
3/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
black pepper to taste
2-4 cups chopped broccoli (I like a lot!)

Directions
Place all ingredients except broccoli in blender and puree until smooth. Pour into saucepan and add chopped broccoli. Warm until broccoli is tender.
