I ran into a link labeled liven reviews that pointed me to a Reddit discussion with the question: is the Liven app worth it for routines and mindset? The app claims to offer rudimentary CBT tools, mood tracking, and even an AI-based mental health coach to guide mindset shifts. I’d love to know: has anyone taken the leap? Did the features like mood calendars and check-ins actually build habits, or did they vanish into your phone’s “unopened apps” graveyard? I’m skeptical, but hopeful enough to ask before installing.
