Anyone here following a “Pravi Celer” kind of simple food approach?

Lately I’ve been trying to simplify what I eat—nothing extreme, just less processed stuff and more basic, natural ingredients. While going down that path, I came across something called Pravi Celer, which seems to be more of a concept than a strict diet.

From what I understand, it’s about keeping food simple, using natural ingredients, and not overcomplicating meals. It actually made me think about how traditional foods (like fenugreek, greens, simple grains, etc.) were always used without turning them into “health trends.”

I’m not following anything strictly, but I’ve noticed that when meals are simpler, digestion feels lighter and there’s less of that heavy feeling after eating. Could just be coincidence, but it made me curious.

Has anyone else tried this kind of approach—just simplifying food instead of following structured diets? Did you notice any difference in digestion, energy, or overall routine?

Would be interesting to hear real experiences rather than just general advice.
