Powerlifter stuck at a plateau before nationals
I'm prepping for nationals. Squat is okay but my deadlift is glued to 220kg. My bench is weak too. I sleep well, eat enough, but my CNS feels fried. I need something that will boost raw strength without adding water weight. Any real advice from fellow powerlifters who've broken through a plateau?
