Is Thiripala Surunam Meant for Short-Term Use or Long-Term Routine?
I have been seeing this question come up often, so I wanted to open it for discussion. Many people approach Thiripala Surunam with a short-term mindset, expecting noticeable changes quickly. But from traditional Ayurvedic explanations, it seems to be viewed more as a long-term supportive formulation.
Ayurveda usually emphasizes regularity, moderation, and lifestyle alignment. That makes me wonder if inconsistent use or unrealistic expectations are why some people feel unsure about it.
For those who’ve researched it deeply, do you see it more as something to understand and integrate slowly, or as something meant only for specific periods? Would love to hear different perspectives.
