Dorm-Friendly Shopping List

 

Breakfast:

Eggs (Hard boil a bunch on Sunday night, keep in your mini-fridge to grab on the go in the mornings)

Oatmeal (Instant if you must, but PLAIN oats)

Full-fat plain (no sugar added) yogurt

Toppings:

Blueberries/Other berries

Almonds/Walnuts/Pumpkin Seeds/Chia Seeds

Bananas

 

 

Snacks:

Apples/Pears/Oranges/Other Seasonal Fruits

Carrots/Snap or Snow Peas

Hummus

Plain Full Fat Yogurt with Honey/Berries

Lara Bars/ KIND Bars
