Other Pre Workout Snacks

 

The following should be eaten 30-60 minutes prior to workout:

 

  • Apple with peanut or almond butter

 

  • Toast with banana or eggs

 

  • Greek yogurt with trail mix

 

  • Smoothies: 1 cup of Greek yogurt & fresh fruit

 

  • Oatmeal with fresh fruit

 

  • Granola or energy bar
